Check in was speedy. The room was really nice and we had a nice view. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist on any queries we had.

I wish they had more options available for 24 hours room service.

courtyard was perfect for our christmas party. staff was friendly & helpful, allowing late check-out & holding our bags. clean rooms with daily towel replacements. great location near supermarkets & local restaurants. 

Comfort of the hotel and harbour view rooms are excellent. Has a delicious breakfest buffet.

When we checked - in on Friday (30th) afternoon. Frontdesk staff was too slow, almost dead slow to make the check-in. I had 72 hours in Hong Kong in total and has spent almost 2 hours of it to check in to the hotel only.

New, modern and beautiful hotel at a reasonable cost. A little out of Central but many easy, fast ways to get into Central. You can take the free shuttle, taxi ($30 HKD), or tram ($2HKD)

Buffet breakfast is too expensive at $158HKD per person

I had an amazing experience during my recent stay at Courtyard. The property was excellent in every way. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff was very courteous and attentive. The highlight 

the service degree was very high!

the waiters at the breakfast buffet were to eager to get your plates and cutlery away.

Surrounded by old shops which show you another view of the modern Hong Kong.

Clean, modern rooms with good location near tram stop. Roomy enough for 2 people sharing. Easy links to central areas via tram, metro, and hotel courtesy bus. Nice harbor view. Good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff.

Lifts slow, a lot of waiting in the morning to return from room after breakfast

The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean and have every amenity you could need, even including international plug adaptors. They now have free wi-fi which is good. The staff are very
